Dániel Cseh is an Assistant Professor at the Department of American Studies, School of English and American Studies, Eötvös Loránd University (Budapest). He is a doctoral candidate in the Modern and Contemporary World History Doctoral Program, currently completing his dissertation on the exclusion and incarceration of Japanese Americans during World War II.

His research areas include 20th Century U.S. History, Japanese American history, civil liberties in America, and political cartoons. He has received research grants from the Fulbright Program, CAMPUS Hungary, and the Roosevelt Study Center, and has served as a Visiting Researcher and Guest Lecturer at San Francisco State University's College of Ethnic Studies.
