Dylan Poulus is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Health at Southern Cross University (SCU). He holds a BBehavSc (Psych) from QUT and a PhD in Psychology from QUT. His research focuses on esports psychology, sports performance, and mental health in gaming contexts. Notably, he founded Australia's first university-supported esports program, emphasizing both academic and industry collaboration.
