Duško Laković is a Lecturer at Alfa BK University and an Assistant Professor at Independent University (Banja Luka). He completed his basic studies at EDUKOS University - Faculty of Service Business, master’s at EDUKOS University - Faculty of Business Economics, and obtained his PhD in 2021 from Independent University, Banja Luka, with a dissertation on macroeconomic indicators of unemployment in former Yugoslav countries.
His research interests include Economics, Macroeconomics, Insurance, Public Sector Audit, Business Economics, and Unemployment. He has published multiple scientific and professional papers in journals and at international conferences in Serbia, as well as two scientific monographs with MIANU Publisher.
He has been employed in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia since 1998, currently serving as leader of the state border surveillance group in Subotica. He has attended professional training programs (including the International Law Enforcement Academy in Budapešta) and holds intermediate German language proficiency.
