Duygu BIYIKLI, currently serving as a Lecturer at Kastamonu University's Ihsangazi Vocational School in the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, holds a PhD in Geomatics Engineering (2023) and an MSc in the same field (2018). She has been continuously employed since 2013 at Kastamonu University, where she also holds administrative roles such as Deputy Head of Department and Bologna Coordinator.
