Duong Keo is a Doctoral Candidate at Bundeswehr University Munich, Germany, and a History Lecturer at the Royal University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He holds a BA in History and an MA in Southeast Asian Studies.

He has published on Khmer Rouge ideology and contributed to debates on victimhood and reconciliation.
