Duke Bristow is a Clinical Associate Professor of Finance and Business Economics at the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California. His expertise centers on corporate finance and governance, with a focus on private equity and director education, and he has advised organizations on these topics since 1998. His interdisciplinary research spans economics, engineering, and law journals, reflecting a broad academic scope.
Professor Bristow teaches courses such as Entrepreneurial Finance: Financial Management for Developing Firms, covering cash flow analysis, capital budgeting, risk assessment, and mergers and acquisitions. His work has received support from the National Institutes of Health, NASDAQ, international audit firms, and leading national law firms. He has held leadership roles in public, private, and not-for-profit organizations, contributing to corporate governance and financial management practices.
