Dragomir Penkov Chantov

Dragomir Penkov Chantov is an Associate Professor at the Technical University of Gabrovo, Bulgaria, where he works in the Department of Automation, Information and Control Technology within the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Electronics. Holding a Doctorate in Technical Sciences, he has been a faculty member since 1998, specializing in Theory of Automatic Control. His academic career includes significant contributions to chaos theory and control systems.

Chantov's primary research interests focus on Chaos Theory and Control Theory, with particular emphasis on chaotic synchronization methods, secure data transmission systems, and nonlinear control applications. His work bridges theoretical mathematics with practical engineering applications, especially in cybersecurity and industrial control systems. He has developed numerous synchronization schemes including identical, anti-, hybrid, scaled, and oscillating synchronization techniques for various chaotic systems.
