Dragan S. Jankovic is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Electronics, University of Nis, within the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He has held this position since 2011 and completed his academic journey at the same institution: PhD in 2001, Master's in 1995, and undergraduate degree in 1991, all in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
His research focuses on multiple-valued logic, decision diagrams, spectral transforms, and circuit design optimization. He has published extensively in journals like IEEE Transactions on Computers, Journal of Multiple-Valued Logic and Soft Computing, and Acta Cybernetica. Notable contributions include work on Reed-Muller-Fourier polarity matrices, Haar wavelet-based circuit minimization, and algorithmic implementations for Galois field expressions.
Janković has authored a monograph on spectral transforms in switching theory (1998) and contributed to 10 journal articles with impact factors. He currently participates in 5 national and 3 international research projects. His work blends theoretical advancements with practical applications in hardware design and signal processing.
Professional activities include supervision of academic programs at the Faculty of Electronics, where he also maintains administrative roles. Contact details include his institutional email and office contact in Niš.
