Dragan Maksimovic is a Distinguished Professor and Charles Victor Schelke Endowed Professor in the Department of Electrical, Computer and Energy Engineering at the University of Colorado. He serves as Co-Director of the Colorado Power Electronics Center (CoPEC), leading research in smart power electronics and digital control for high-frequency power converters. His work focuses on renewable energy integration, wide bandgap semiconductor applications, and efficient energy systems.
Research Interests:
Power electronics for renewable energy, high-frequency power conversion using wide bandgap semiconductors, digital control of switched-mode converters, and integrated circuits for power management. His lab, CoPEC, has secured support from NSF, DARPA, ARPA-E, and industry partners.

Advising & Grants:
