Douglas Hammer is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business and School of Medicine, teaching Health Law and public health policy courses since 1978. He also served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Intermountain Healthcare for over 40 years, leading legal and government relations teams.
