Dr. Dorothee Winkler is a Senior Research Associate at the Chair for Foundations of Business Administration and Theories of the Firm, University of Zurich. Her work focuses on nonmarket strategy, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and CEO activism. She holds a PhD from the University of Zurich (2022) and an M.Sc. in Management from HEC Lausanne (2016). Her research explores how firms navigate geopolitical risks, political activity, and media polarization to maintain legitimacy.
