Doris Virág

Doris Virág is a researcher at the Institute for Social Ecology at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU), where she focuses on material flow analysis, circular economy, and socio-metabolic studies. She earned her PhD in Social and Human Ecology in 2023 and holds a Master of Science in the same field from Alpen-Adria University Klagenfurt, as well as a Master of Arts in Business. Her work is deeply embedded in interdisciplinary environmental research with a strong emphasis on sustainability transitions.
