Dora Chan

Dr. Dora Chan is a Professor and academic leader at Sheffield Hallam University’s Department of Finance, Accounting and Business Systems within the Sheffield Business School. Since 2012, she served as Quality Lead, ensuring academic standards, and from 2016, became Leader of the Business and International Top-ups Programme, collaborating with partner institutions to align curricula with industry and societal demands. She teaches strategic management accounting, postgraduate research methods, and oversees PhD/MRes supervision. Her roles emphasize student support and academic excellence, recognized by prestigious teaching awards in 2014/15.
