Donna Fickes, Ph.D., is a Lecturer in the Hart School of Hospitality, Sport & Recreation Management at James Madison University. Her teaching and research interests focus on Culinary Arts, Restaurant Management, Institutional Food Service, and Hospitality Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Hospitality Administration from Texas Tech University (2016), an M.A. in Student Affairs and Higher Education from Stephen F.
