Dongyi Wang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering at the University of Arkansas, where he directs the Smart Agriculture and Food Engineering (SAFE) Lab. His work bridges advanced technologies like artificial intelligence, robotics, and machine vision with agrifood manufacturing to enhance product quality, safety, and worker welfare.
