Dr. Donald S. Bae is a Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Harvard Medical School and a leading Orthopedic Surgeon at Boston Children’s Hospital. He serves as Co-Director of the Harvard Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship and Director of the Hand and Orthopaedic Upper Extremity Program, with additional roles in clinical simulation leadership.

Recent publications address clavicle fractures, elbow OCD lesions, telehealth efficacy, and gymnast injury patterns. His work emphasizes evidence-based practices, surgical simulation, and cost-effective care.
