Donald Nixdorf, DDS, MS, is a Professor at the Department of Diagnostic and Biological Sciences within the School of Dentistry at the University of Minnesota (Twin Cities). He serves as director of the Division of TMD and Orofacial Pain, with clinical and teaching expertise in chronic temporomandibular disorders (TMD) pain, headaches, and neuropathic pain. His research integrates neuroscience to address classification, diagnosis, epidemiology, and treatment of persistent non-odontogenic tooth pain.
