Don Yee

Dr. Don Yee is a Professor at the University of Southern Mississippi (USM), focusing on medical entomology and aquatic insect ecology. His research emphasizes community/population ecology of mosquitoes and other medically important insects, ecological stoichiometry, and urban/tropical ecosystem dynamics. He has conducted extensive fieldwork in the Gulf Coast and Puerto Rico, studying the effects of environmental disturbances like hurricanes on mosquito populations and vector-borne disease dynamics.
