Don Tawanpitak

Don Tawanpitak is a Researcher at the Puey Ungphakorn Institute for Economic Research, where he focuses on labor economics, education, and employment policy. His work addresses critical policy questions regarding higher education access, college major selection, and labor market dynamics.

• Research interests: labor economics, education policy, employment outcomes, and credit constraints in education.

His research includes working papers on tuition fee impacts on educational outcomes and debt overhang heterogeneity, supported by international travel grants. Current projects examine signaling effects of tuition fees on wages.
