Don Kay Maruyama

Don Kay Maruyama serves as Professor of Culinary Arts and Division Chair for Professional Arts and Technology at the University of Hawai'i - Leeward Community College. Based in office GT 117, he oversees academic operations while maintaining direct engagement with students and faculty in the Culinary Arts program.
