Dominika Średnicka-Tober

Dominika Średnicka-Tober, DSc is a Professor at the Department of Functional and Organic Food, part of the Institute of Human Nutrition Sciences at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Her research focuses on organic food systems, nutritional quality, and sustainable agriculture, with a particular emphasis on comparing organic and conventional production methods. She has published extensively, with 93 articles, supervised 38 theses, and led 6 projects in areas like food safety, consumer behavior, and environmental impact.
