Dominic Berry is an Australian theoretical physicist and Professor at Macquarie University's School of Mathematical and Physical Sciences. He leads research within the Research Centre in Quantum Science and Technology and maintains a Sponsored Research Agreement with Google. His academic journey includes a PhD from The University of Queensland (2002), ARC Postdoctoral Research Fellowship (2004-2006), research at the Institute for Quantum Computing in Waterloo (2009-2011), and an ARC Future Fellowship (2011-2015).
Dr. Berry's research focuses on quantum algorithms, with particular expertise in Hamiltonian simulation, quantum chemistry, and differential equations.
