Domenico Damascelli

Domenico Damascelli is a Tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Legal Sciences at the University of Bologna, specializing in Private International Law with a particular focus on succession law and matrimonial property regimes. His academic work centers on the intersection of Italian law and European regulations, particularly Regulation (EU) No. 650/2012 concerning jurisdiction, applicable law, recognition and enforcement of decisions, and cooperation in matters of succession.
