Dmytro Savchuk is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of South Florida. His research explores geometric group theory, automata groups, and p-adic dynamics.
Education includes a PhD from Texas A&M University and MS/BS degrees from Kyiv Taras Shevchenko University.
Research interests include self-similar group actions on rooted trees and applications in cryptography.
