Dmitrii Rusakov is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Aalto University's Department of Bioproducts and Biosystems. His work focuses on bio-based materials and analytical pyrolysis, particularly investigating carbonization processes in lignin and cellulose derivatives.
Recent research includes characterization of polyfuran networks as carbonization intermediates and lignin processing with eutectic salt mixtures. Publications appear in the Journal of Analytical and Applied Pyrolysis.
