Dița Maria

Dița Maria is a Senior Lecturer at the University of European Studies Moldova (USEM) and Ion Creangă Pedagogical High School, affiliated with the Faculty of Psychology and Social Assistance. She holds a PhD in Psychology (2022) and has been actively involved in academic and professional roles since 2003.

• Education: PhD in Psychology (USEM, 2022); Master's in Social Assistance (USEM, 2017); License in Social Assistance and English Language (Ion Creangă Pedagogical High School, 2006).

Her research focuses on social assistance frameworks, developmental psychology, personality dynamics, and mediation practices. She has contributed to policy development for family and child welfare through academic programs and professional training.

Maria has held concurrent roles since 2010, including university lecturer, psychologist at Tainele Copilăriei Educational Center, and social policy trainer. Her professional experience spans social work, mediation, and pedagogical psychology, with notable involvement in workshops hosted by the Open Society Foundation and Academic Fellowship Program.

She actively collaborates with the Ion Creangă Pedagogical High School's Psychology Department and works at Chișinău's Center for Hosting and Orientation for homeless individuals, combining academic rigor with practical social interventions.
