Dirk Grundler

Dirk Grundler is an Associate Professor at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), affiliated with the Laboratory of Nanostructured and Magnonic Magnetic Materials (LMGN), the Doctoral Program in Materials Science and Engineering, and the Institute of Materials (IMX). His work bridges fundamental research and applied physics, focusing on magnonics, spintronics, and nanoscale magnetic systems. He actively contributes to teaching, PhD supervision, and academic governance as a member of doctoral program committees.
