Dinorah Cossio is a researcher at the Department of Economic and Social History at the University of Vienna. Her work focuses on gender, film studies, and motherhood in contemporary Latin American and Spanish literature.

Key publications include analyses of maternal relationships in Spanish/Argentinian cinema, sacrificial motherhood, Jewish identity, and antisemitism in 1970s Spain. These works span interdisciplinary fields such as film theory, gender politics, and cultural memory.
