Dimitrios Kavalieros

Dimitrios Kavalieros is a Professor of Secondary Technological Education and a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Computer Science and Biomedical Informatics, University of Thessaly, Greece. He holds multiple academic qualifications, including a Diploma in Electrical Engineering (1996), an M.Sc. in Quality Assurance (2014), an M.Ed. in ICT in Education (2018), and a B.Sc. in Computer Science (2021). His current research focuses on hybrid functional electrical stimulation systems and robotic exoskeletons (FesRob).

Professionally, he has held roles such as Laboratory & Scientific Associate at TEI (1999–2005), Vocational High School Director (2015–2019), and currently coordinates the Apprenticeship Team at Central Greece’s Regional Education Directorate.
