Dimitrios Christodoulou

Dimitrios Christodoulou is an Associate Professor of Commercial Law at the Law School of the University of Athens. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Southampton, an LL.M. from Temple University School of Law, and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law.

• Special Secretary of the Hellenic Maritime Law Association
• Rapporteur to the Standing Committee of CMI on Maritime Law Conventions

His research focuses on insurance and financial law, maritime law, international trade law, company law, and commercial contracts. He teaches insurance law, maritime law, and company law at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His publications include monographs and articles on derivatives, maritime liability, and corporate governance.
