Dillon Schafer is an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Yale School of Medicine, Yale University. He serves as the Associate Director for Simulation in the Department of Anesthesiology. His research focuses on the environmental impact of anesthesia and advancing medical simulation techniques. Dr. Schafer joined Yale in 2022 following an anesthesiology residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, where he also served as Chief Resident.
