Prof. Diler Öner is a Professor at Bogazici University's School of Education, Department of Computer Education and Educational Technology. He holds leadership roles including Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning (2020-2023) and Chair of the Computer Education and Educational Technology Department (2022-2024). His education includes a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Educational Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Research interests span AI literacy, technology-enhanced learning environments, CSCL, teacher professional development, and mixed-methods research. He has led projects like 'Virtual Internship for Preservice Teachers' (TUBITAK) and 'Computational Techniques for Tabletop Games Heritage' (COST).
