Dilay NECİPOĞLU serves as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Public Health Nursing at Near East University's Faculty of Health Sciences, where she has been employed since 2014 after beginning as a research assistant during her master's studies.
Her educational trajectory includes:
- Primary, secondary, and high school education completed in Nicosia
- Bachelor of Nursing from Ege University (2012)
- Master's degree in Public Health Nursing at Near East University (commenced 2014)
- PhD in Nursing at Near East University (2016-2021)
Her research centers on Public Health Nursing with specialized focus on Maternal and Child Health and Community Health Nursing, informed by her clinical background in gynecology and pediatrics services. This expertise drives community-oriented health interventions and population-based care approaches.
Dr. NECİPOĞLU maintains active scholarly engagement through presentations at national and international congresses and symposiums, supported by publications in domestic and international journals spanning public health and nursing disciplines.
