Dr. Dilan Jayaweera is an Associate Professor in Electrical Power Systems at the University of Birmingham's School of Engineering, convening the MSc Programme in Electrical Power Systems. He holds a PhD from UMIST and is a Chartered Engineer in the UK and Australia (CPEng NER).
His research focuses on power system resilience, security, reliability, active distribution networks, smart grids, and microgrids. He has published over 100 papers and contributed to technical reports in academia and industry.
