Dietmar Franzen

Prof. Dietmar Franzen is a Professor of General Business Administration at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, specializing in financing and risk management. He holds dual roles as Vice-Dean of Faculty 3: Business and Law and Head of the Accounting and Finance degree program. His research focuses on credit derivatives, risk management frameworks, and financial instruments analysis.

Teaching and research interests include structural analysis of credit derivatives, credit indices, and their applications in banking and investment practices. He contributes to academic literature through publications in specialized finance handbooks.
