Dieter Rebitzer

Dieter Rebitzer is a Professor of Finance and Investment at the Faculty of Economics and Law, University of Applied Sciences Nürtingen-Geislingen (HfWU). He has served as the Dean of the Master's program in Real Estate Management since 2011 and as Managing Director of the Institute for City and Real Estate (Institut Stadt und Immobilie) at HfWU. His academic and professional career spans roles in consulting, corporate management, and applied research.

• Professional Roles: Managing Partner of Real Estate Consulting (since 2000), former Managing Director of Real Estate Unternehmensgruppe (1997–2000), and Management Consultant (1995–1996).

Rebitzer's research focuses on sustainable real estate management, urban development, and financial strategies in real estate. He previously led the extramural research institute Institut Wohnen und Umwelt in Darmstadt (2007–2009).
