Diego Calderón is a Lecturer at Kingston University's Department of Architecture and Landscape. He co-founded DFN+DC architects with Dario Franchini, maintaining practices in London and Lugano since 2016. Professional experience includes work with Francisco Aires Mateus (Lisbon) and Jonathan Woolf & Duggan Morris (London).
He holds an MScArch and BArch from Accademia di Architettura in Mendrisio, Switzerland, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Practice from London Metropolitan University. Doctoral research at Accademia examines the Mexican-American border through regional systems theory and border territory frameworks.
