معرفی
Dickson Adah is an Associate Research Scientist in the Department of Medical Oncology and Hematology at Yale School of Medicine. He is affiliated with the Burtness Lab and contributes to interdisciplinary research at the intersection of parasitology, oncology, and immunology. His work focuses on leveraging Plasmodium infections to enhance cancer immunotherapy, exploring nanomaterials for drug delivery, and investigating host-pathogen interactions in HIV/SIV models.
Research interests include cancer immunotherapy mechanisms, malaria biology applications in oncology, and the development of novel nanomedicines. Key projects involve studying Plasmodium's effects on tumor microenvironments, engineering CAR-NK cell therapies, and analyzing viral-coinfection immune responses in non-human primates.
Adah's recent publications highlight synergistic antitumor effects of Plasmodium immunotherapy, nanoparticle-based drug delivery systems for 5-fluorouracil, and CRISPR-mediated HIV resistance strategies. His work demonstrates a commitment to translational research bridging basic science and clinical applications.
