Dibyendu Ghosh

Dr. Dibyendu Ghosh is a Research Fellow and Postdoctoral Research Assistant in Battery Modelling at the University of Oxford, affiliated with the Battery Intelligence Lab under Professor David Howey's research group. He holds a PhD from IIT Kharagpur, where his dissertation explored magneto-fluidic systems through continuum-based and particle-based computational methods.

Research Interests: Dr. Ghosh specializes in battery modeling, magneto-fluid dynamics, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and multiphase flow phenomena. His work bridges numerical modeling with practical applications in energy storage, biomedical engineering, and industrial electronics. Recent projects include the DigiBatt initiative, developing open-source digital tools for accelerated battery testing.
