Diana Morlang is a Teaching Professor in the Department of Political Science at Santa Clara University, affiliated with the College of Arts and Sciences. She specializes in comparative politics with a focus on Europe and women in politics.

Her research examines the transformation of Hungary into a competitive democratic government, contributing to understanding post-communist political development in Eastern Europe. She has published in areas related to socialism, democratic institutions, and political transitions.
In addition to teaching core courses such as Introduction to Comparative Politics, European Union Politics, and Politics of US Economic Policy, she serves as a university advisor at the Drahmann Center for Academic Advising and Learning Resources.
