Professor Dhirendra Bahadur is a faculty member in the Department of Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay). His research focuses on advanced functional materials with applications in biomedicine and nanotechnology.
Research Interests:
- Nanostructured and magnetic materials at the nanoscale
- Photomagnetism and magnetoresistive materials
- Dilute magnetic semiconductors and electronic ceramics
- Novel synthesis techniques including self-assembly and layer-by-layer (LBL) methods
