Dr. Dharmappa Hagare serves as Senior Lecturer in Environmental, Sustainability and Risk Engineering within Western Sydney University's School of Engineering, bringing over 20 years of academic expertise and 5 years of industrial experience in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
