Prof. M. Devrim AKCA is a full Professor at the Department of Computer Engineering, Isik University, Istanbul, Turkey. Previously, he held academic positions at the same university in Civil Engineering (2019–2023) and Information Technologies (2009–2011). He earned his PhD in Photogrammetry from ETH Zurich (2007), followed by roles as Senior Research Associate and Research Assistant at ETH's Institute of Geodesy and Photogrammetry. His expertise spans photogrammetry, 3D modeling, laser scanning, and remote sensing.
