Devin Judge-Lord

Devin Judge-Lord is an Assistant Professor at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, University of Michigan. His research explores the intersection of social movements and technocratic policymaking, focusing on interactions among interest groups, legislators, and bureaucracies. His work examines how public pressure campaigns influence agency rulemaking, particularly in climate and environmental justice, as well as topics like legislator behavior, money in politics, and private governance.
