Devin Bartley, PhD, is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Fisheries and Wildlife at Michigan State University's College of Agriculture & Natural Resources. He previously served as a Senior Fishery Resources Officer specializing in inland fisheries and genetic resources management for the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in Italy.
