Detlef Lazik

Dr. Detlef Lazik is a Geophysicist and Head of the Lab for Experimental Simulation at the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research (UFZ) since 1992. His work focuses on membrane-based gas sensing in heterogeneous systems like soil and aquifers, with applications in climate research and subsurface safety monitoring. Key research areas include:
