Desirée Kozlowski is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Health at Southern Cross University, based at the Coffs Harbour campus, where she currently chairs the Academic Board and drives innovative psychology education and research initiatives.

Supervision and Community Impact: She actively mentors Honours, Masters, and PhD students on critical topics like emotional intelligence training for surgeons and well-being in aging populations, while co-designing community research that creates meaningful engagement opportunities for psychology students through outreach initiatives.
