Parker's research and artistic work spans cello performance, music transcription, and the exploration of contemporary and historical classical music. His creative output includes numerous recordings and transcriptions, such as the world premiere of Walter Burle Marx's Cello Concerto and chamber music by Schullhoff, Klein, Krasa, and Ullmann.

Beyond music, Parker expresses his creativity through sculpture and woodworking, repurposing old musical instruments and found objects. His visual art can be followed on Instagram (@Dennisparkercelloetc) and YouTube.
