Dennis McCarthy

Dennis McCarthy is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Department of Film, Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. A renowned Television and Film composer with a four-decade career, he transitioned from being Glen Campbell’s pianist, arranger, and conductor into composing for over 2,000 TV episodes, including the Star Trek series (Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, Voyager, Enterprise), 'Ancient Aliens,' 'V,' and others. He composed the music for Star Trek: Generations and earned two Emmy Awards during his 18-year Star Trek tenure.
