Dennis Lang is a Teaching Assistant Professor at Kansas State University's Department of Computer Science within the College of Engineering. He holds a Ph.D. in Urban Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Missouri Kansas City (2005), an M.S. in Higher and Adult Education from the University of Missouri (1986), and a B.S. in Mathematics from the same institution (1984).
Lang has over 30 years of post-secondary teaching experience, having previously taught at Columbia College, Long Beach City College, Brooks College, Orange Coast College, Johnson County Community College, Longview Community College, Devry University, Rockhurst University, Haskell University, and Park University before joining Kansas State University in 2011. His research focused on academic integrity and honor codes during his doctoral studies.
He has been recognized multiple times by students for excellence in teaching through the "Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers" award. Despite not being actively involved in current research, his extensive educational background and teaching career highlight his contributions to academia.
